Application and Operational Principle: The LB 160 is a high-performance micronizing mill utilized across mining, chemical, glass, fertilizer, food, and pharmaceutical laboratories. Engineered with a compact design, it operates on a continuous feed and continuous discharge principle, ensuring rapid and efficient results. The system is capable of processing various materials with a maximum feed size of 30 mm. For metallic minerals with a hardness of up to 9 Mohs, ultra-fine particle sizes (e.g., -100 microns) can be achieved through a gradual grinding process. The final product size is easily adjusted via interchangeable cartridge sieves.

Grinding Performance and Material Specifications: The unit provides versatile output options, including 0-100 μm, 0-250 μm, 0-500 μm, 0-800 μm, 0-1 mm, and 0-2 mm. Ground material is efficiently collected in the discharge container located at the base of the mill. To meet specific industry requirements, the system can be custom-manufactured with stainless steel components compliant with food-grade standards.
