The precise sizing of minerals and chemicals in industrial production facilities depends on the synchronized operation of integrated systems. Our micronized grinding units feature a closed-loop system architecture consisting of a pin mill, dynamic separator, jet pulse filter, and fan group.

Pin Mills We can utilize three different types of mills depending on the technical characteristics of the minerals or chemicals to be ground, the expected particle size, and the hourly capacity:

PD 300 Pin Mill
PD 500 Pin Mill
PD 700 Pin Mill

Dynamic Separators We use our dynamic separators for the classification of minerals ground to micronized levels in the mill. Based on the desired micron level and capacities, our three different models and capacities of separators are as follows:

SP 300 Dynamic Separator
SP 450 Dynamic Separator
SP 600 Dynamic Separator

Jet Pulse Filter and Fan Units In accordance with the grinding-classification unit to be installed, jet pulse filter and fan groups are provided in three different models based on varying hourly capacities:
