AREAS OF USE: It is used as a primary or secondary crusher in many sectors, especially in Mining, Chemistry, Soil, Fertilizer Industry, Glass Industry, Recycling, and Food Industries. It is preferred for its high crushing ratio and ease of use. Hammer Crushers are capable of crushing down to granule and micron sizes. Efficient crushing is achieved when the Construction, Hammer Structure, and Sieve spacing suitable for the material to be crushed are selected.

HAMMERS: Wear-resistant Manganese-Chromium alloy Casting or Hardox Material is used.

INTERNAL LINERS: Manganese Alloy or Hardox Material is used.

BEARINGS: Heavy Duty Bearing - Double Row Spherical Roller Bearings are used.

PULLEY – FLYWHEEL: Pulley and Flywheel are used in accordance with the machine structure.

MANUFACTURING: Our machine bodies are designed in CAD-based programs, and each equipment forming the machine is processed in CNC machines. Spare parts are kept in our stocks when needed.
