DESCRIPTION: This machine is utilized in mineral processing laboratories for crushing ore samples up to a maximum diameter of 100 mm into various particle sizes. The distance between the jaws can be adjusted via the adjustment bolts located at the rear of the machine. For instance, crushing can be performed within a minimum range of 0-5 mm. Sample specimens can also be obtained by increasing the gap between the jaws (e.g., 0-10 / 0-15 / 0-20 / 0-30 mm, etc.).
AREAS OF USE: It is employed as a crusher in the mining, chemical, fertilizer, glass, and recycling industries. Special production in compliance with food standards is also available upon request.
SPARE PARTS: LB 150 Jaw Crushers are projected in CAD-based programs, and all components forming the machine are processed on CNC machines. Spare parts are continuously maintained in our stocks.
