DESCRIPTION: Known as a double-roll crusher, this machine is utilized for the crushing and fragmentation of rocks and minerals. In LB 250 roll crushers, you can control and modify the coarseness of the crushed material by adjusting the distance between the rollers. Suitable for crushing materials such as cement, ceramics, coal, glass, and basalt, the machine is ideal for hard and medium-hard ores.
OPERATIONAL DETAILS: The LB 250 Roll Crushers are secondary-type crushers, used for processing hard to medium-hard minerals with a maximum pre-crushed feed size of -10 mm. The crushing process is executed between moving, hardened steel cylinders. The finest product is obtained when the rollers are set to the 'zero' point. The gap between the rollers can be adjusted to various settings via a control lever.
