INTENDED USE: This type of crusher is utilized to reduce materials that cannot be crushed by impact—such as wood, wood products, fiberglass, plastic-based products, and electronic circuit boards—to a specific particle size through a cutting action.
AREAS OF USE: It is extensively used in industrial factory laboratories, R&D and analysis centers, and engineering faculty laboratories for sample preparation.
OPERATIONAL DETAILS: The LB 260 Blade Crusher is mounted on a sturdy steel platform. The fed material is shredded (cut) between the blades on the rotor and the grinding wall. Various particle sizes can be obtained by utilizing exchangeable sieves. The processed material is collected in a sliding drawer located at the bottom of the platform. The platform can be fixed to the floor or made mobile by attaching wheels to the pre-drilled mounting holes.
Technical Build & Blade Features
Robust Construction: The outer housings are manufactured from high-quality steel construction for maximum durability.
High-Performance Rotor: Features replaceable, heat-treated, and precision-ground blades mounted on the rotor for superior cutting efficiency.
Reversible Blade Design: The cutting blades are designed to be reversible (double-sided), allowing for extended service life and cost-effectiveness.
Stock Availability: All components and spare parts are projected via CAD software and manufactured on CNC machines, with continuous stock availability.
