LB 300 Pilot Scale Jaw Crusher Technical Specifications
ELECTRICITY: The electrical panel is designed for Star-Delta starting and includes an EMERGENCY STOP button for safety protocols.
CAPACITY: 1000 - 3000 kg/hour (Capacity varies depending on the type of material to be crushed and the target particle size).
AREAS OF USE: LB 300 Jaw Crusher is used for crushing hard and brittle materials such as soil, rocks, minerals, cement, clinker, glass, raw materials, ceramics, coal, and metal oxides. It is ideal for pre-crushing processes in laboratories and industrial facilities.
MANUFACTURING: The outer body of the machine is made of steel construction. The crusher pitman is manufactured from cast steel. After welded production and stress relief processes, the crusher body is processed in our CNC machines. All components are developed in CAD-based programs and processed on CNC lathes.
A heavy-duty flywheel type pulley is used for the motor drive.
The jaws are cast from 16-18 Mn * 1.5 Cr alloy and heat-treated to crush ores in the hard and very hard classes.
The cast jaws are replaceable for easy maintenance.
The machine is mounted on a steel platform. The crushed material is collected in a wheeled product collection bin located at the bottom of the platform. Technical documentation and operating instructions are delivered with the product.
