Material is fed to the mill in a controlled and stable manner through an electromagnetic feeder and directed to the separator after the grinding process. The product that reaches the desired micron size in the separator is finalized through cyclone and filtration systems. One of the key advantages of this system is that the separator speed can be adjusted independently from the mill, allowing the production of different particle sizes such as 0–20, 0–50, 0–100, and 0–250 microns. Thanks to its ability to deliver the final product directly to the production line, it is widely preferred as an efficient grinding solution in many industrial facilities.
Applications
It is used as a micronizing mill in the mining, chemical, soil, fertilizer, recycling, glass, and food industries. Stainless steel production is available in compliance with food industry standards.
