Dynamic Separators are used for the classification of micronized materials into different particle sizes. Variable micron outputs can be achieved by adjusting the number of blades in the separator, changing the rotor speed, and modifying the fan suction values. The system operates by using the vacuum effect generated by the fan, allowing the final product of the desired particle size to be collected in a jet pulse filter or cyclone. The remaining material that does not meet the required specifications can either be fed back to the mill for regrinding (bypass) or stored in a separate silo.
