AREAS OF USE: The PD 300 is specifically designed for the micronized grinding and granulation of minerals and chemical substances. It provides highly effective grinding for minerals such as calcite, gypsum, lime, limestone, dolomite, and borax. Additionally, customized production in compliance with food-grade standards is available for the processing of chemicals, salt, spices, and feed industry products.
PRODUCTION & ENGINEERING: The body and rotor assembly of the PD 300 Pin Mill feature a monoblock cast design, ensuring maximum structural integrity. All components are precision-machined on CNC systems. The grinding pins are manufactured from alloyed cast steel and subjected to specialized heat treatment to ensure superior wear resistance. The system utilizes imported stainless perforated sheet sieves; these exchangeable inserts allow for the achievement of various final particle sizes as specified in the technical tables.
Storage and Material Transfer: For storage purposes, the entire final product can be directly discharged into a large silo system. A blower can be integrated for the transfer of the processed material to distant locations. If particle classification is required, the product can be separated using Algaier-type screens or separators; in such configurations, the oversized residue is recirculated back to the mill for re-grinding.
