AREAS OF USE: The PD 500 is utilized for the micronized grinding and granulation of minerals and chemical substances. It provides highly effective grinding for minerals such as calcite, gypsum, lime, limestone, dolomite, and borax. Special production in compliance with food-grade standards is also available for chemicals, salt, spices, and the feed industry.

PRODUCTION & ENGINEERING: The PD 500 Pin Mill features a monoblock cast design for both the body and rotor assembly. All components are precision-machined on CNC systems to ensure mechanical excellence. The grinding pins are manufactured from alloyed cast steel and subjected to specialized heat treatment for maximum wear resistance. The system utilizes imported stainless perforated sheet sieves, allowing for various final particle sizes through exchangeable inserts.

Storage and Material Transfer: The final product can be directly discharged into a large silo or transferred to distant locations using a blower system. For classification requirements, the product can be integrated with Algaier-type screens or separators; in this configuration, oversized particles are recirculated to the mill for re-grinding.
